01 · About Parampora

Parampora is an ultra-premium, direct-to-consumer saree label under Anubhuti Culture India. Every piece listed on our website is curated and sold directly by us — there are no third-party sellers on this platform.

02 · Products, Pricing & Availability

• Every saree on our site is described and photographed as accurately as we can manage. Because our pieces are handwoven and handled individually, very minor variations in shade, weave, or zari work between what you see on screen and what arrives are natural to the craft, not a defect.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or discontinue a piece without prior notice — particularly for limited or one-of-a-kind sarees.
• Stock is not reserved until payment is confirmed, so availability can change between adding to cart and checking out.

03 · Orders & Payment

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. This confirms we've received your order — it doesn't guarantee availability until payment is verified. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we accept major cards, UPI, and net banking. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless a specific arrangement has been communicated to you in writing.

04 · Intellectual Property

All photography, saree designs, text, and branding on this website belong to Anubhuti Culture India, unless credited otherwise. Please don't reproduce, republish, or use our images or content commercially without asking us first — a quick email is all it takes.

05 · Use of the Website

We ask that you use www.parampora.com respectfully — no attempts to disrupt the site, scrape our catalogue, misuse our checkout system, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

06 · Limitation of Liability

We work hard to get every detail right, but we can't be held responsible for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control — courier disruptions, natural events, or similar. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.

07 · Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

08 · Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time as our business evolves. The version live on our website at the time of your order is the one that applies.
