Parampora is owned and operated by Anubhuti Culture India. When you visit our website, browse our sarees, or place an order with us, you're trusting us with a certain amount of personal information. We don't take that lightly. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and what say you have over it.

01 · What We Collect

To process an order or simply to let you browse comfortably, we collect a few categories of information:

• Contact and delivery details — your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address, so your saree actually reaches you.
• Order and payment information — the products you buy, order value, and payment confirmation. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details on our servers; these are handled directly by our payment partner, Razorpay, under their own security standards.
• Browsing information — general data such as device type, browser, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and standard analytics tools.
• Anything you tell us directly — messages sent through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp when you reach out with a question or a request.

02 · Why We Collect It

Simply put — to run the store, and to run it well. That includes:

• Processing and delivering your order, including sharing your name, phone number, and address with our courier partner, Delhivery.
• Sending order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
• Responding to questions, styling requests, or complaints you raise with us.
• Understanding, in a general sense, which sarees and collections our customers love, so we can plan better.
• Sending you occasional updates about new collections or offers — only if you've opted in, and you can opt out whenever you like.

03 · Who We Share It With

We are not in the business of selling your data, and we never will be. Your information is shared only where it's genuinely needed to serve you:

• Delhivery, our courier and logistics partner, to deliver your order to your doorstep.
• Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, to process your payment securely.
• Tools we use to run the website and communicate with customers (such as email or WhatsApp business services).
• Government or legal authorities, but only if we are required to by law.

04 · Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small files stored on your device — to remember your cart, your preferences, and to understand overall site traffic. You're free to disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; some parts of the site, like your saved cart, may not work as smoothly without them.

05 · How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to keep your information safe — encrypted checkout, restricted internal access, and a payment process that never lets raw card details touch our systems. That said, no online platform can promise absolute security, and we'd rather be honest about that than make a claim we can't fully guarantee.

• Correct anything that's inaccurate or outdated.

Parampora is built for an adult audience. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we discover we have, we'll delete it promptly.
