Shipping & Delivery

Every Parampora saree is packed with the same care that goes into weaving it. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Where we deliver. We currently ship across India through our courier partner, Delhivery. For international requests, write to us at info@parampora.com — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Processing time. Because several of our pieces are handwoven or finished on order, please allow 2–5 business days for your saree to be quality-checked, packed, and handed over to Delhivery. During festive periods or for made-to-order pieces, this may extend slightly — we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery time. Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Metro cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai): 3–6 business days. Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

Shipping charges. Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Any exceptions — such as remote pin codes or expedited requests — will be clearly communicated at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a Delhivery tracking link by email or WhatsApp. If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, reach out to us and we'll follow up directly.

Packaging. Every saree leaves our facility wrapped and boxed to prevent creasing, moisture damage, or in-transit wear. If the outer box looks tampered with or damaged, note it with the courier before accepting.

Failed or missed delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, Delhivery will usually attempt redelivery once or twice before returning the parcel to us. We'll then get in touch to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
